Order Placement & Confirmation

Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

  • However, delivery may be delayed in the following situations:

    • Natural disasters or emergencies

    • Issues with our delivery partner

    • Other unforeseen circumstances

Order Cancellation

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of:

Change in Delivery Address

  • You may update your delivery address only while your order is still in pending status.
